Learning About Insomnia and Sleeping Disorders

According to the National Sleep Foundation, women are more likely to have insomnia due to hormonal changes during menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause or other similar reasons.

Sleeping disorders increase car accidents. People who suffer from lack of sleep are twice as likely to be in a car accident when they are the ones behind the wheel.

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep, or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep. You may still feel tired when you wake up as well.
